Text updates for your clients

How booking text updates work: consent first, what gets sent, and your monthly limit.

Text updates keep your client in the loop by SMS, in your business name — never ours. They are rolling out now: you can turn on consent for a client today, and the texts start going out once the feature is live for your account. We will tell you when it is on.

Consent comes first, always. On a client, the text-updates box is never pre-checked — you check it only after your client says yes. It stays off until you have a phone number on the client.

Your client stays in control. Every text ends with “Reply STOP to opt out.” If they text STOP, all texts stop for good until they choose to opt back in — you cannot un-stop them, and neither can we.

Three kinds of text go out, each tied to a booking your client is expecting: a reminder the day before the event, a one-tap “on the way” text you send when you head out, and a heads-up when weather may move the date.

There is a monthly limit per plan, and it is generous: Solo includes 200 texts a month, Crew 600, and Fleet 1500. If you ever reach it, texts pause until the 1st — we never charge you extra for going over.

You do not manage phone carriers or opt-out lists — we handle the plumbing. You check the consent box and tap send; the rest is on us.
