Delete your BounceDay account

You can permanently delete your BounceDay account — and everything in it — in the app or by email. Either way, we run the same deletion. It removes your business data: fleet units and photos, bookings, client records, contracts and signatures, checklists, setup records, and expense and profit history.

In the app

1. Open Settings
2. Under Your data, choose Delete account…
3. Export your data first if you want a copy — the export is always free
4. Type the confirmation and confirm

Contact support from the address on your account via the support option in the app listing, and we'll run the same deletion for you.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day grace window(so a mistake isn't forever) — sign back in before the shown date to restore it. Your content is fully removed within 30 days of your request, as described in theprivacy policy, and any active subscription is canceled. A few minimal records we must keep for legal, tax, or security purposes (e.g., invoices) are retained where the law requires. If you're a team member on someone else's business, your access and sign-in are removed; the business's data belongs to its owner.
