Getting started: your first booking

The whole loop, start to finish — add a unit, book it, send the quote, run day-of.

New here? Here is the whole loop, start to finish. You can run all of it on the Free plan.

Add a unit. Open Fleet and tap Add unit. Photograph one bounce house — we draft the listing, you set the price and tap Add. It never joins your fleet until you do.

Make a booking. Pick a date, add your client, and add the unit. We check availability the moment you add it, so you never double-book.

Send the quote. Build the quote and tap Send quote. Your client opens a page with your brand, weather policy, and safety waiver, and signs by typing their name.

Take the deposit. The deposit rides your own payment link — Venmo, Cash App, your card reader, whatever you already use. We never touch the money.

Run day-of. Open Today for your ordered stops, work the setup checklist, and photograph the setup. It all works with no signal and syncs when you are back online.

That is the loop. Free covers 2 new bookings a month; upgrade to Solo for unlimited when you are ready.

Make Saturday run itself.

Picture your first Saturday running itself — you walk it already handled instead of chasing it all day. Get on the list, and founding-cohort operators get intro pricing on Solo for their first 12 months, then list — disclosed upfront.

  • Saturday's stops, already in order
  • Deposits on your own payment links
  • Setup records insurers accept
