Export your data, or delete your account
Take everything with you anytime, on any plan. Deleting is a separate, deliberate step.
Your data is yours. Open Settings, then Your data, then Export.
Export gives you JSON (a complete, re-importable backup) or CSV (a labelled section per table for spreadsheets). It covers your fleet, clients, bookings, contracts, day-of records, weather log, and expenses.
Export is free on every plan, forever — including after you pause or cancel. There is no plan gate on your own data.
To close your account, go to Settings, then Your data, then Delete account. We nudge you to export first.
Deletion is deliberate: you type your business name to confirm. Your account is then scheduled for permanent deletion, with a short grace window (about a week) to sign back in and tap Restore before the purge date.
After that it is permanent. We delete your content within 30 days, and backups age out within 30 more, matching our privacy policy.
